What We Fix
Four appliances, one technician who knows all of them.
Everything below is work we do ourselves in Bellevue — no subcontracted second visit, no handing a gas range to someone who only does refrigeration.

Why us
Measured, quoted, then repaired — in that order.
Most of the expensive mistakes on a Viking appliance happen before a spanner comes out. These four habits are what stop them.
- 01
Gas work done properly
Professional ranges are gas appliances first. Manifold pressure is checked against the rating plate, and every joint we break is leak-tested before the van leaves.
- 02
Diagnosis before parts
We measure — pressure, resistance, cavity temperature, drain flow — and tell you what the reading means. No shotgunning parts at a symptom and billing you for the misses.
- 03
A price you agree first
The number covers parts and labour and is written down before anything is opened. If the fault turns out to be smaller than expected, the number goes down, not up.
- 04
Kitchens left as found
Floor guards, protected worktops, shims reset to their original heights. Panel-ready fronts go back without a mark and the doors line up when we go.
Diagnostics
Work out what is wrong before you pay anyone.
Written from real Bellevue call-outs. If one of these saves you the visit, that is a good outcome.
- 01 Viking Oven Runs Cold and Bakes Unevenly: What to Check An oven that preheats fast but bakes pale, or sits forty degrees under its setting, is usually a sensor, a calibration offset or a door seal — not a dead element. How to work out which one before paying for parts.
- 02 Viking Range Burner Clicks But Will Not Light A clicking spark proves the igniter is alive, so the fault is almost always somewhere else. How to tell a wet burner cap from a blocked port, a dead spark module or a gas valve that is not opening.
Coverage
Four districts, one daily route through Bellevue.
Van stock and scheduling are both built around these neighbourhoods, which is why same-day slots exist here at all.

Door glass fogged over and the hinges no longer pulled it shut. New hinge springs and a fresh door seal on the lower cavity. It shuts properly again, though I waited longer than expected for the visit.
Deirdre C.Somerset
Griddle heated on the left half and stayed stone cold on the right. One dead element leg, not the whole griddle assembly I had been told to replace.
Rasheed K.Bridle Trails
The cycle stopped partway through and the lights flashed at us. A blocked sump and a tired drain pump, both handled in one visit. It works fine now. He arrived at the late end of the window.

Straight answers
The questions we get on the phone.
If yours is not here, call and ask. We would rather talk you out of an unnecessary visit than book one.
(425) 696-2636-
How soon can someone look at a Viking range in Bellevue?
Calls placed before 11am on a weekday are usually seen the same day. Downtown Bellevue, Bridle Trails, Somerset and Crossroads sit inside the daily route, so those addresses get the earliest windows.
-
My burner clicks but will not light. Is that the igniter?
Often it is not. A clicking spark means the igniter is firing, so the fault is usually a wet or misaligned burner cap, a blocked port, or a gas valve that is not opening. Those are cheap fixes, and worth ruling out before anyone quotes you an igniter assembly.
-
Do you work on dual-fuel ranges and separate wall ovens?
Yes. Gas-top dual-fuel ranges, all-gas professional ranges, single and double electric wall ovens, and the matching warming drawers. Gas work is done by a licensed technician and leak-tested before we leave.
-
What does the visit cost if I decide not to repair it?
A flat $89 service call covers the trip and the full assessment, and it is credited in full against the repair if you go ahead. If you decide against the work you pay the $89 and nothing else — there is no quote fee and no parts markup applied before approval.
-
Do you carry Viking parts on the van?
The common failure items, yes: spark modules, igniters, burner caps and heads, bake and broil elements, thermostats and sensors, door hinges, wash pumps and drain pumps. Model-specific control boards and sealed-system parts are ordered against your serial number.
-
Will pulling the appliance out damage my cabinetry?
It should not. Panel-ready dishwashers and built-in refrigeration are unbolted, protected and walked out on floor guards, then reset to the original shim heights. If a kitchen has stone overhangs or tight side clearances we say so before we start rather than after.
