Viking Repair Bellevue, WA (425) 696-2636

About

A small workshop that only works on Viking.

We are not a dealer, a franchise or a call centre with a dispatch board. We are technicians who spend every working day inside Bellevue kitchens fixing the same four appliances.

That narrowness is deliberate. A professional range behaves nothing like a domestic cooker: the burners are cast, the simmer circuits are pressure sensitive, and the oven cavity is heavy enough that a lazy calibration will sit sixty degrees out for years without anyone noticing. Knowing one family of appliances properly beats knowing thirty of them roughly.

The other half of the job is the kitchen itself. Panel-ready dishwashers and built-in refrigeration sit inside cabinetry that costs more than the appliance does. We plan how something comes out before we start pulling on it, and we reset it to its original shim heights when it goes back.

How we work

Four rules we do not bend.

  • Gas work done properly

Professional ranges are gas appliances first. Manifold pressure is checked against the rating plate, and every joint we break is leak-tested before the van leaves.

  • Diagnosis before parts

We measure — pressure, resistance, cavity temperature, drain flow — and tell you what the reading means. No shotgunning parts at a symptom and billing you for the misses.

  • A price you agree first

The number covers parts and labour and is written down before anything is opened. If the fault turns out to be smaller than expected, the number goes down, not up.

  • Kitchens left as found

Floor guards, protected worktops, shims reset to their original heights. Panel-ready fronts go back without a mark and the doors line up when we go.

Next step

Describe the fault and we will tell you what it usually is.
